Event Registration Policy

When you register for an event hosted by The Enablement Squad (“TES,” “we,” “us”), we collect a small amount of information to run the event, communicate with you, and (sometimes) coordinate with event partners.
What we collect
Depending on the event, we may collect:
Contact details: name, email address, company, job title
Registration details: event selected, preferences you submit (e.g., role, interests, goals), and any optional questions
Attendance/engagement data: check-in/attendance status, session participation, poll responses, and submitted questions (if applicable)
Technical data: basic device/browser or log data used to maintain platform security and reliability (if applicable)
We only request what’s reasonably needed to operate the event.
How we use your information
We use registration information to:
Confirm your registration and share event logistics (links, calendar invites, reminders)
Deliver the event and improve future programming
Provide access to recordings or resources (when offered)
Respond to questions or support requests
Maintain security and prevent abuse
What may be shared with vendors or partners
For some events, we use third-party tools (e.g., event platforms, webinar providers, email tools) or collaborate with sponsors/partners. In those cases, we may share limited registration information as needed to run the event.
Examples of data that may be shared:
Name, email, company, title
Registration/attendance status
When sponsors/partners are involved:
If a sponsor is supporting or co-hosting an event, we may share a basic attendee list with that sponsor only as described on the event registration page.
If sharing with a sponsor occurs, we will aim to clearly label it (e.g., “This event is sponsored by [Sponsor]. Registrant details may be shared with the sponsor.”)
We do not sell registrant information.
Your choices
Optional fields: Any optional questions are voluntary.
Marketing preferences: You can opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link (when provided).
Partner communications: If an event includes sponsor sharing, you can choose not to register if you don’t want your details shared under the terms listed.
How long we keep information
We retain registration information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Operate the event and follow up with resources
Maintain records and improve programming
Meet legal, security, or operational requirements
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
